From family singalongs in Ottawa to stages across Eastern Canada, Andrew has lived a lifetime with a guitar in hand. A versatile musician with a love for every genre — from big band to blues — he brings passion, energy, and heart to every performance. Above all, he thrives on the chemistry of playing alongside his fellow Locos.
Scott Bolger – Vocals & Guitar
A singer/songwriter from Port Hope with roots in Haileybury, Scott grew up playing guitar, banjo, and mandolin at family kitchen parties, with Gordon Lightfoot as a guiding influence. Beyond performing with Local Locos, he’s a solo recording artist, community fundraiser, and worship leader, bringing heartfelt vocals and folk-inspired soul to the band’s rock and roll edge.
Dave Cuomo – Drums & Backing Vocals
A seasoned drummer from Sudbury, Dave has been performing since age 14, touring with Top 40, rock, blues, and country bands across Ontario and Quebec. With decades of experience and a passion for keeping the groove tight, he’s the heartbeat of Local Locos, driving their sound with power, precision, and harmony
Bob Beresford – Bass Guitar
With over 55 years of experience, Bob is the steady groove that anchors the Locos. Raised in a musical family, he grew up immersed in Yorkville’s legendary rock and blues scene, performing and recording alongside some of its finest. A lifelong bassist with deep roots in the craft, Bob brings both history and heart to the band’s sound.
